Main functional components of the line

The Dermarays line is formulated respecting the needs of subjects with high skin sensitivity and who, at the same time, need to purify, hydrate and nourish the skin. To meet these different needs, we have selected aloe vera and lactoferrin, as the main characterizing ingredients of the line, together with multiple active ingredients that enrich the properties and functionality of the treatments.

Lactoferrin

It is a multifunctional globular glycoprotein, one of the most active constituents of colostrum (the first form of breast milk) and whey (whey), has antioxidant, immunostimulating, direct antibacterial properties (on Escherichia Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus Aureus), antifungal (on Candida Albicans) and also antivirals, because it naturally stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria and the activity of neutrophils.

Aloe Vera - Natural active

Aloe Vera is a plant that has more than 160 important ingredients in its leaves, including Vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, trace elements and polysaccharides, such as Glucomannan, which act in synergy giving them healing and soothing properties and epitheloregenerating.

Zinc Coceth Sulfate

Delicate surfactant with multifunctional properties: it has a deodorizing, effective cleansing action but highly tolerable even from the most sensitive skin, cell renewal and is particularly delicate on the skin because it forms a bond with the surface of the stratum corneum.

Dermarays Cross-linked Moisturizing Complex

Complex formed by a network of natural biopolymers that acts on the surface of the skin with a combination of Hyaluronic Acid and Pullulan (strengthens the connective tissue by stimulating the synthesis of collagen) which forms a protective film that reduces the evaporation of water. This reticulum gradually releases the hydrating complex containing Serine, Trehalose and Urea into the stratum corneum to rebalance the correct level of hydration.

The other functional ingredients

Zinc Oxide 10%

Fine-grained white powder. It has soothing properties, due to its ability to form a protective barrier on the skin, aimed at preventing irritation.

Chlorhexidine Digluconate

Disinfectant with broad-spectrum antiseptic action capable of respecting the hydro-lipid film of the skin (present at 0.2% in some products of the line).

Chamomile plant extract - Natural active

It has always been used for the treatment of sensitive, delicate and cuperous skin due to its precious soothing properties.

Mallow plant extract - Natural active

Among the many properties of mallow, the ability to reduce local inflammation and soothe skin irritations is particularly noteworthy.

Sage plant extract - Natural active

Among the numerous properties recognized by Sage, we highlight the excellent anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.

Bisabolol

Bisabolol is obtained from the essential oil of chamomile, which has recognized calming, soothing and anti-reddening properties.

Menthol and Mentyl Lactate

The combination of Menthol and Mentyl Lactate enhances the sensation of freshness, maintaining it and prolonging it over time.

Allantoin

Astringent properties make it particularly suitable for purifying oily and impure skin. It is also considered to aid in wound healing, with a smoothing and cell regenerating effect.

Methyl Sulfonyl Methane

MSM, also called Dimethyl Sulfone, promotes the restoration of skin tissues in case of skin disorders such as dermatitis, scabies, psoriasis, acne and rosacea. It is useful in the treatment of oily skin and oily hair, facilitates the healing of lesions, helps the synthesis of collagen in mature skin, as well as having anti-inflammatory properties.

Tea Tree Oil - Natural active

Essential oil that comes from the Melaleuca Alternifolia plant, also known as the Tea or Tea Tree plant. It is a useful product both for cosmetics and as an antiseptic and antibacterial.

Eucalyptus - Natural active

Eucalyptus essential oil has analgesic and antibacterial properties. It is considered beneficial for both skin care and the respiratory system. Its balsamic scent gives well-being and recalls positive sensations, a feature that makes its use in aromatherapy popular.

Panthenol

Ethylhexylglycerin

Additive that acts as an emollient and as an inhibitor of the proliferation of microorganisms that cause bad odors, while respecting the natural bacterial flora of the skin.

Jojoba Oil - Natural active

Produced from the seeds of Simmondsia Chinensis. This plant lipid is composed of a mixture of waxy esters, vitamin E, B complex vitamins, minerals such as zinc and copper. Unlike all other vegetable oils, its molecular form is linear and unbranched, chemically very similar to human sebum.
